In 1981, Baxter and Carol Adams started Love Creek Orchards when they planted their first experimental apple orchards. Folks asked Baxter and Carol what they were going to do with their apples and they perfected an apple pie. Over time, they added apple butter, jams and jellies.

In 2006, we (Bryan and Stacie) took over when Baxter and Carol were ready to retire for the second time. We knew we wanted to live in the Texas Hill Country and we wanted to try our hand at running our own business. Our kids were born here and have never lived anywhere else. Now 17, 15 and 12, they are happy to visit friends in the city, but they are always happy to return home.

Over the years, we have learned that folks love the country feel of visiting us at Love Creek Orchards and the Apple Store. Our guests love the down home, friendly atmosphere and that is what they remember. 

That is our mission – to share a Taste of the Texas Hill Country with our in town guests and our shipping recipients.
